The Plastic Injection Molding Unit is an integral part of the KUHNKE Automotive Assembly Unit. In addition, this unit also produces all plastic components required by the KUHNKE group. The manufacturing technology is capable of producing even highly complex functional components. Primarily, the following plastics are used:
- Production of individual parts, made of Polyamide PBT and POM up to a clamping force
of 200t.
- Encapsulation of modules with thermoplastics and duroplastics on rotary table and
transfer molding presses.
