Being a project partner of this customer, KUHNKE not only provided a system precisely tailored to the machine, but also offered comprehensive support to achieve a fully integral machine optimization. The resulting customer-specific applications were characterized by a high level of customization. When designing a decentralized Ventura Smart Therm control unit, KUHNKE did not only provide the full functionality required by the customer, but also came up with a compact control unit with improved mounting options. The custom-designed high-power electronics for the control of infrared radiators offers an intelligent control of each individual heating channels, resulting in 30% lower power consumption. An additional aspect is the fact, that this solution does not require any costly mains compensation.
